The Common Computing Centre (CCC) was set up with an aim of augmenting the computing facilities of the individual departments of our college. It is used by all departments of the college and is open from 8.00 AM to 8.00 PM on all working days. Students use this facility for extra lab hours to clear their pending lab work and to access the Internet. CCC has more than 100 PCs forming a LAN which is supported by 10 servers having RAID5 storage devices for file storage. A high speed leased line Internet connection is available through the LAN and also through a wireless network. Two line printers are available for taking printouts quickly and at a low cost. The lab is fully air conditioned and is supported by UPS and generator for uninterrupted power supply. Our computing Labs were selected by the All India Management Association (AIMA) to conduct their online MAT examination for entrance to MBA programs which clearly indicates that we have state-of-the-art computing facilities.
